{"id":1281,"date":"2026-09-23T13:30:16","date_gmt":"2026-09-23T11:30:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/linguasete.com\/terms-and-conditions-lets-go-english-workshops\/"},"modified":"2026-09-23T17:57:23","modified_gmt":"2026-09-23T15:57:23","slug":"terms-and-conditions-lets-go-english-workshops","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/linguasete.com\/en\/terms-and-conditions-lets-go-english-workshops\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions \u2013 \u201cLet\u2019s Go!\u201d English Workshops"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last updated: September 23, 2026<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to registrations for the \u201cLet\u2019s Go!\u201d English workshops offered by Lingua S\u00e8te, which are intended for children and teenagers ages 5 to 18.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Workshop Organization<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The \u201cLet\u2019s Go!\u201d workshops are group English classes designed to encourage language practice in a fun, supportive, and age-appropriate environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Groups are organized by the participants&#8217; grade level:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kindergarten (Grande Section) \/ 1st grade (CP): 45-minute workshop, up to 12 participants;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Grades 2\u20135 (CE1\u2013CM2): 2-hour workshop, up to 12 participants;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Middle and high school students: 2-hour workshop, up to 12 participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise noted, workshops are held one Saturday per month. The dates, times, fees, and locations for each session are listed on the Lingua S\u00e8te website at the time of registration. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Workshops can be held at the Domaine du Lazaret in S\u00e8te or at any other location in S\u00e8te or the surrounding area, to be specified at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingua S\u00e8te reserves the right to change the location or the scheduled instructor in exceptional circumstances. All instructors are selected by Lingua S\u00e8te and possess the skills appropriate for the workshop in question. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Registration and Payment<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is completed online by the child\u2019s legal guardian using the form provided for this purpose. A single reservation may include up to three siblings, registered on the same day for the same or different sessions. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal representative certifies that he or she has parental authority or is duly authorized to enroll the child.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration is final once the form has been submitted and full payment for the session has been made by credit card through the payment solution provided on the website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since space is limited, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to each group&#8217;s capacity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingua S\u00e8te reserves the right to cancel or postpone a session if the minimum number of 3 participants is not met.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prices<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are listed in euros and are for one session:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u20ac15 per child for the 45-minute workshop for kindergarten and first-grade students;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u20ac30 for the first child enrolled in a 2-hour workshop (grades 2\u20135 or middle school\/high school students);<\/li>\n\n\n<li>\u20ac25 for each additional child from the same family enrolled in a 2-hour workshop as part of the same reservation, even if the children participate in different 2-hour sessions. This discount applies only to 2-hour workshops: the workshop for Grande Section \/ CP remains \u20ac15 per child and is not included in the calculation of the discount. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingua S\u00e8te provides the teaching materials needed for the workshop.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants should bring a water bottle.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation, No-Show, and Rescheduling by the Customer<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or absence at the customer\u2019s request, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any request to reschedule must be submitted to Lingua S\u00e8te at least 72 hours before the workshop begins.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a postponement is requested within this time frame, Lingua S\u00e8te may offer to reschedule the registration for another session, on a date chosen by the customer, subject to availability.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The postponement applies exclusively to the child who was originally registered and cannot be transferred to another participant.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are absent or request a rescheduling less than 72 hours before the workshop begins, you will not be eligible for a rescheduling.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Cancellation or Modification by Lingua S\u00e8te<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingua S\u00e8te may have to cancel or postpone a session for reasons such as an insufficient number of participants, the unavailability of the venue, the unavailability of the instructor, or a force majeure event.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of a cancellation or postponement decided by Lingua S\u00e8te, a transfer to another session will be offered first.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If no rescheduling option is selected, the amounts corresponding to the canceled session will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Supervision and Responsibility for Children<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Legal guardians must accompany their child to the workshop location and hand the child over to the instructor.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the workshop, the child must be picked up by his or her legal guardian or by a person previously authorized by the guardian.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only middle school and high school students may be permitted to leave the workshop location on their own, and only with written permission from their legal guardian. In this case, Lingua S\u00e8te and the teacher are no longer responsible for the child once he or she leaves the workshop location, particularly during the trip home or to any other destination. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the workshop, the child remains under the teacher\u2019s care and supervision as part of the educational activity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Children must follow the teacher&#8217;s instructions and respect the other participants, the facilities, and the equipment made available to them.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of violent, dangerous, or severely disruptive behavior, Lingua S\u00e8te may terminate the child\u2019s participation in the workshop. The legal guardian may be asked to come and pick up the child immediately. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exclusion on these grounds does not entitle the participant to a refund for the session.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Health, Allergies, and Special Needs<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon registration, the legal guardian agrees to provide Lingua S\u00e8te with any information regarding the child\u2019s health or circumstances that could affect the child\u2019s care or safety, including:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>allergies;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>health problems;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>specific medical treatments or needs;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>specific educational or support needs;<\/li>\n\n\n<li>behavioral difficulties that require special attention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal representative certifies that the child is able to participate in the workshop under the proposed conditions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lingua S\u00e8te reserves the right to refuse or terminate a child\u2019s participation if the child\u2019s needs require supervision or safety measures that cannot reasonably be provided within the workshop\u2019s usual framework.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of an emergency, the legal guardian authorizes Lingua S\u00e8te and\/or the teacher to contact emergency services and take the necessary measures to ensure the child\u2019s safety, as well as to contact the individuals listed at the time of registration.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Personal Data and Image Rights<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data collected during registration is used for the organization, monitoring, and management of the workshops, in accordance with Lingua S\u00e8te\u2019s privacy policy, which is available on its website.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A specific and separate consent form will be provided for the potential use of photographs or videos of the children for communication purposes.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Consumer Complaints and Mediation<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any complaint must first be submitted in writing to Lingua S\u00e8te in order to seek an amicable resolution.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
